Day 01: Arrival in Nairobi

Day 02: Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club

                            
                        
Morning Drive: After breakfast, enjoy a short drive to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club, located at the foothills of Mount Kenya, with a stop at the Equator en route.
Resort Overview: Arrive at the historic luxury resort set on over 100 acres of landscaped gardens, offering stunning views of Mount Kenya and a rich heritage linked to William Holden, Winston Churchill, and Bing Crosby.
Leisure & Activities: After lunch, enjoy a range of activities such as horseback riding, golf, croquet, swimming, table tennis, beauty salon visits, and the animal orphanage.
Stay & Meals: Dinner and overnight stay at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club (BLD).
Day 03: Mount Kenya – Nakuru/Naivasha

                            
                        
Morning Drive: After breakfast, cross the Aberdare Mountain Range, with a brief stop at Thomson’s Falls (73 m), named after explorer Joseph Thompson.
Lunch Stop: Continue to Nakuru and enjoy lunch on arrival.
Afternoon Game Drive: Set out for an exciting game drive, with abundant wildlife and exceptional birdwatching opportunities.
Wildlife Highlights: See vast flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, over 400 bird species, and rare wildlife including the White Rhino and Rothschild Giraffe.
Overnight Stay: Dinner and overnight at a lodge in Nakuru/Naivasha (BLD)
Day 04: Nakuru/Naivasha – Masai Mara

                            
                        
Morning Journey: After breakfast, drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve, part of the greater Serengeti ecosystem.
About Masai Mara: Discover one of the world’s greatest wilderness areas, famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration and home to the Big Five – lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino.
Arrival & Lunch: Arrive at the lodge or camp for lunch, followed by time to relax.
Afternoon Game Drive: Enjoy a game drive with excellent chances to see Masai giraffe, eland, buffalo, and vast plains game such as zebra, impala, topi, and gazelles.
Overnight Stay: Dinner and overnight at a lodge or camp in Masai Mara (BLD)
Day 05: Masai Mara

                            
                        
Morning Game Drive: After breakfast, set out on a morning game-viewing drive to spot the diverse wildlife of the reserve, with a chance to witness predator action.
Lunch at Lodge: Return to the lodge for a sumptuous lunch and time to relax.
Afternoon Game Drive: Head out again for an exciting afternoon game drive, with opportunities to see the famous Big Five.
Overnight Stay: Dinner and overnight at a lodge or camp in Masai Mara (BLD)
Day 06: Masai Mara – Nairobi

                            
                        
Morning Departure: After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch (lunch on own).
Airport Transfer: Later, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. (B)

Payment Policy:

30% advance payment is required as soon as Hotels are Blocked
25% payment is required 45 days prior to travel
100% Payment is required 30 days prior to Travel.
The above payment policy applies to the standard package only and may vary from season to season and from product to product.

Cancellation Policy:

5% service fee will be applicable if the booking is cancelled after confirmed.
25% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 45-60 days prior to departure.
50% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 30-45 days prior to departure.
100% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled 0-29 days prior to departure.
The above cancellation policy is applicable to the standard package only. It does not apply to services marked as Non-Refundable at the time of quotation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season and product. Therefore, we request you to recheck and reconfirm the applicable cancellation policy with us prior to booking.

Important Notes:

Rates mentioned are in USD & Valid till June 2026
The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
The Vaccination required from India coming to Kenya is Yellow Fever, which has to be taken 10 -12 days before travel date.
The rates are subject to availability – no availability checked at the time of quoting.
Availability will be checked once we have a go ahead / acceptance of the offer. We request for names as per passport/ passport copies and flight details. The quote based on availability may differ w.r.t the hotels available or/ and rates. For Groups we will need the multiple airline flight details to advise cost per arrival / departure.
At times services requested may not be quoted if same not available / logistically possible, thus please check the inclusions carefully services not mentioned in the inclusions are not included.
Private transfers are point to point – no stops / detours permitted.
Normal hotel check – 1400 – 1500 hrs. Check out 1000 – 1130 hrs.
Security deposit will be charged at time of check in. This is for incidentals and extras during the guests stay at the hotel.
City Tax / Resort fees are to be paid locally and room tariff do not include same.
