Day 1: Almaty
  • Arrival in Almaty.
  • Upon arrival, meet our representative at the airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Day 2: Almaty City Tour
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Departure from the hotel for a guided city tour of Almaty.
  • During the excursion, you will learn about the history and development of the southern capital of Kazakhstan and visit its main attractions, including: The Presidential Residence, Republic Square and the Independence Monument, Abai Opera and Ballet Theater, Astana Square, Abai Square, Central Mosque, Palace of the Republic.
  • After the city tour, transfer to the Kok-Tobe cable car station. Ascend to Kok-Tobe Hill by cable car — one of the best panoramic viewpoints in Almaty.
  • Return to the hotel.
  • Free time in the evening.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Medeo & Shymbulak by Cable Car
  • Breakfast in hotel
  • Start your day with a nourishing breakfast at the hotel before heading out for a breathtaking mountain adventure.
  • Medeo & Shymbulak by Cable Car (3 level) - Full day Ascend to the third level of Shymbulak Ski Resort via cable car, surrounded by the stunning peaks of the Zailiyskiy Alatau Mountains.
  • Visit the famous Medeo natural boundary, where you'll see the dam that protects Almaty from destructive mudflows originating in the Western Tien Shan range.
  • Discover Almaty's Old Town - Continue your journey through the city's historic heart and admire the beautiful 19th-century Vernensky architecture. Visit cultural landmarks such as: Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, Ascension Cathedral, House of Officers, Museum of Folk Musical Instruments (outside), Memorial of Glory.

Day 4: Departure
  • Transfer from the hotel to the airport.

Payment Policy:
  • 25% Payment 30 days prior to departure
  • 25% Payment 20 days prior to departure
  • 100% payment 15 days prior to departure
  • The above payment policy applies to the standard package only and may vary from season to season and from product to product.
Cancellation Policy:
  • 14 days or more prior to arrival: no penalty.
  • 7–13 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty.
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty.
  • The above cancellation policy is applicable to the standard package only. It does not apply to services marked as Non-Refundable at the time of quotation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season and product. Therefore, we request you to recheck and reconfirm the applicable cancellation policy with us prior to booking.
Important Notes:
  • The above rates are valid from Mar 2026 to Jun 2026.
  • The costing for the above package was prepared on 2nd March 2026. However, considering the ongoing war situation, there is a possibility that the end service provider may impose surcharges due to the shortage of fuel supply.
  • All rates quoted in this tariff are in USD are NETT and non-commissionable unless specified.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rates are not valid during Trade Fairs, Special Events, Holiday period & Blackout dates.
  • In order to handle your reservations efficiently, please advise exact confirmed Arrival / Departure dates, Flight details, number of persons including children/infant age, Meal preferences, Rooms requirements with type, Nationality of the travellers, Preferred Hotels, Tour names, Payment methods, etc.
  • SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfer operate from a common meeting point or selected hotel pick-ups. Guests are required to reach the common meeting point on their own.
  • SIC tours / SIC Coach Transfers are subject to operation by the tour operator, and in case any tour is cancelled for any reason by the operator, a refund will be provided accordingly.
